The site seventy-times.com is operated by Seventy Times, a small business in the United States. By using the site you accept these terms.
What we promise
We describe our services honestly, discuss prices individually, and agree on specific KPIs before we start. The chat with Vanessa is a helper tool, not a legal offer.
What we do not promise
No ‘guaranteed 100× in a week’. Actual results depend on niche, budget, market, and execution quality. All numbers on the site and in the ROI Simulator are illustrative.
Intellectual property
All texts, design, and code of this site belong to Seventy Times. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. The brand "Seventy Times", "70×", and related elements are our property.
Forms and reviews
By submitting a request form you confirm that the information is accurate and provided voluntarily. Reviews require a personal code issued to a real client; fake reviews are not published.
Refunds and early exit
A minimum term is set in the contract (3–6 months depending on the package). Leaving earlier is possible, but a refund of fees already paid is discussed individually — the final call sits with Seventy Times and depends on how much time and money have been put into the project and the reason for the early exit. The 90-day launch guarantee (50% setup back if we miss the launch) is a separate commitment and stands no matter what.
Copy and branding
Site copy is part of the work. If the client has ready copy or wants specific brand wording used verbatim, they should send it. Logos and basic brand identity are available on request as a separate add-on.
Payment
We accept several payment formats; the exact method is picked together based on the client's location and convenience. Setup is paid upfront; the retainer is paid monthly in advance. Primary currency is USD, with EUR also accepted; other currencies are handled individually.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything working, but we do not guarantee 24/7 availability or that every piece of information is always 100% current. Decisions based on site content are your responsibility.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved, where possible, through direct dialogue — write to info@seventy-times.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be marked by an updated date at the top of the page.
